Security sources said that the UAE forces in the interim capital of Aden have forcibly transferred a group of detainees from security belt jails to Al-Rayyan Camp in Hadramout, which has been used by the UAE forces as a prison of hundreds of people who have been forcibly disappeared for more than a year.
The sources told "Almawqea Post" that at least 10 people who are either detainees in the central prison in Mansoura or forcibly hidden people in the secret prisons of the security belt were transfered. They were flown by a military aircraft belonging to the UAE forces to Al-Rayyan Airport detention center in Hadramout.
"Almawqea Post" received the names of two detainees who were transferred from Aden to Al-Rayyan Airport detention center: Abdul Rahman Saleh Abdullah Qanan and Omar Al-Hadi.
The sources pointed out that among the transfered people, there are some who were forcibly hidden in the training camp for the security belt in Alsha'ab near Al-buraiqa, pointing out that some of the transfered detainees were allowed to contact their relatives and tell them about their transfer to the detention center at Al-Rayyan Airport.
The sources confirmed that this step is the first of its kind, where the UAE forces, which runs the operations of the Arab Alliance in the southern provinces, made the transfer of detainees from the prisons of its security belt forces to the prison of Al-Rayyan airport in Hadramout.
The motive for the transfer of prisoners, which comes amid mounting criticism of UAE forces, has yet to be known for numerous violations of scores of detainees held in prisons under their control in the city of Aden.
